We just left a few days ago after a month's stay at this property. We enjoyed it so much and wanted to book for 2017 sadly it went to quick. It is a gem. Marc (the owner/host), Anthony and Helen the onsite caretakers are all so very helpful with local information and anything that we needed during our stay. We never had any issues, so just great chats with them. The unit is just as you see it here in the pictures, no surprises. Clean and comfortable and updated. I am a bit picky so appreciated the hardwood floors as well as the leather sofa and chair. Great walkable area to the beach at Madison park, restaurants, market and of course Starbucks. The unit had an AC which we did use a couple of days and it cooled down nicely. The deck is large and a great spot for morning coffee, afternoon wine or to grill dinner on the provided gas grill. Nice view of Lake Washington. Downtown and other local attractions all close, 15 minutes by car or the bus is right there. Anyway we can't say enough about this place. If you are lucky to snag it you will definitely enjoy your stay.

This is a great place to rent. The deck was nice to eat on morning, noon and night. Everything that you see in the pictures was delivered and nothing was misleading. This place is well worth the price. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to the lake and restaurants and other shopping. The owner was very helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any problems.

We were so pleased with the wonderful apartment and area! The apartment had everything we needed, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for our getaway. Marc was there onsite when we arrived, gave us some great tips to help us out while we were there. Convenient location, coupled with a super area right down the street for food and fun...we would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys quiet times and a slower pace. This unit is so awesome that I am tempted to write a poor review just to improve my chances of being able to book it again during the busy summer months. It's as good as it sounds - clean, modern, and right near the water. The bed was comfortable and all the features of the unit work as expected. Marc was a great host. I can't think of anything I would change except for the occasional footsteps from the person living above the unit, which really weren't a problem, just a small imperfection in an otherwise perfect experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Swanky 1 bedroom in madison park. Mark was gracious, kind and everything was just great! the Westin's got nothing on Marc! The bed was dreamy and nights are totally quiet. The view of Lake Washington and the proximity to 2 beach parks, as well as fabulous restaurants nearby, make this truly a great stay! We'd love to come back!

This property is very well maintained and in a great area of Madison Park. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as the beach. The patio was delightful when it wasn't raining!! We rented this property for a weekend during which my daughter was getting married. She brought her wedding dress to the condo and got dressed there while her sisters and cousins arrived for pictures. Pictures at the condo and at the park across the street went well. We were able to drive to the venue for the wedding and the restaurant for the reception within 15 minutes. In fact, everywhere we wanted to go within the Seattle area was within 15-20 minutes. The owner was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

We just spent a month in this apartment in Madison Park and enjoyed it so much. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The king sized bed was super comfortable. I miss it! The kitchen was completely equipped which was important since I did a lot of cooking. It was very quiet. We hardly ever heard a sound at night. These are the most important things to us in a vacation rental but this apartment and the area went far beyond. Madison Park is a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was so nice to be right across from the lake and only a couple of blocks from an amazing bakery, nice grocery store and lots of good restaurants. Marc, the owner, was always extremely helpful and quick to respond to any concern. When you stay here you have the best of Seattle. A lovely, quiet neighborhood but only a short drive over the hill to downtown. It is so much nicer to stay in a comfortable one bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room. I highly recommend this property.

I have stayed the apartment for a month. It is a great experience. The apartment is quiet and clean with fresh linens. It is in a good location with restaurants and groceries nearby, easy to go to downtown an UW. We had jogging everyday along the lake. Yes, we had everything we needed. Marc is very nice. He was always there when we needed him. Everything is perfect. I would stay again next time.

I stayed in this apartment while attending the University of Washington. It is about a 15 min. drive away. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The unit was very clean and the caretakers Anthony and Helen were very nice. I give high recommendations.

Marc was a great host. He was friendly and responsive, checking on us throughout the visit. He upgraded us to his brand new Deluxe condo. It was fabulous, clean and well decorated with everything we needed. This included a full kitchen stocked with every type of dish. pan, and utensil needed for cooking. In the bedroom the king size bed was very comfortable and on the deck we enjoyed watching the clouds roll by.

Marc was great. He was very quick to reply to any emails. The pictures really are what you get. What you don't see but that the description says, is how phenomenal the neighborhood is. A lot of great shops, restaurants, and the lake is super close. It is also only about a 15 minute drive from all of downtown(Space Needle, Pikes, Etc). If you are looking for a great setting and a quiet stay this is the spot for you!
